Well, you can call him zangetsu now. Or white zangetsu, since white is the name of Ichigo's asauchi.
But, yeah, white zangetsu was, and still is, zangetsu.
The old zangetsu is the incarnation of his quincy's power, even tough Ichigo consider him as zangetsu as well as white.
